Return Policy

At Hoffson Design, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’ll make it right. Below are the details for returns, exchanges, and how to get support when you need it.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In its original condition and packaging

  • Free of stains, odors, or damage

  • Not a final sale or custom-made item

If your item meets the criteria above, we’re happy to offer a refund, store credit, or exchange.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin the process, email us at support@hoffsondesign.com with your order number and a brief description of the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

If the return is due to an error on our end (wrong item, damaged item, etc.), we’ll cover the return shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed.

Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’re happy to help! Exchanges are processed as quickly as possible, pending availability. If the item is out of stock, we can offer store credit or a refund instead.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale, Clearance, or Custom Print are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
