Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During high-demand periods, such as product launches or sales, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We offer several shipping options at checkout to accommodate your preferences:
Standard Shipping
5–8 business days
Flat rate or free on orders $75+ (U.S. only)
Expedited Shipping
2–3 business days
Rates calculated at checkout
Please note that delivery times are in addition to the order processing window.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. However, we’re actively working on expanding our shipping capabilities to include international customers in the near future. Stay tuned!
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update. You can track your order directly through the link provided in your confirmation email.
If you do not receive your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team..
